Q. What is the hotspot password of the device?
A. The old version of the camera firmware does not have a password, the new version of the password is "11111111"

Q. The device does not work.
A.
Please press the "reset" key about 10 seconds until it default.
Then connect it again, pay attention to that:
1. This wireless camera work with 2.4G WiFi router;
2. Only support English characters and digits of the WiFi router SSID and code;
3. Ensure the "Celluar" data is opened in your phone.

Q.  Where is the device cloud ID ? A.  You can find the cloud ID on the label in the bottom of camera or search APP in the same LAN. Q.  What’s the capacity for one day video recording ? A.  1.0MP:Cost about 1.6GB per day   2.0MP:Cost about 4.9GB per day. Q.  How to do if phone configuration failed always? A.  Firstly, default the camera, then configure it according to the guide. Q.  Why can't hear the camera  when playback in Android? A.  Turn on the "Sound" before enter the playback interface  . Q.  The camera is online but why can't get alarms in my phone when something moving in the monitored area? A.  1. Please make sure that the APP "CamViewCloud" is on running and the motion detection function has been turned on.      2. For iPhones, please go to "settings", find "Notifications", then open "Allow Notifications" in APP "CamView Cloud".      3. Please check if the camera is on "leaving" mode(Page 15). Q.  The camera is online but why there are no any images showing on phone? A.  Upgrade the software by steps: APP -> "Device" -> "Setting" -> "Check Update" Q.  The camera prompt language is not English. A.  Change the prompt language by steps: APP -> "device" -> "Setting" -> "Prompt language" Q.  Why it says "memory card fault" when insert the TF card? A. 1.The device only supports the file system of FAT32 format and the storage couldn't over 64GB. Pls check this two points.     2. There are maybe some problems inside the TF card, pls go to reformat it by computer. Q.  The TF card is working well,but why can't find the video recorded ? A.  Please check if the camera is on "leaving" mode(Page 15). Q.  Why can't hear the camera when using the intercom function by phone. A.  Pls go to the "Settings" in your phone system to open the "Sounds" function of the APP. For example: IOS system: "Settings" -> "Notifications" -> "CamView" -> "Sounds". Q.  How to chose the language in the APP. A.  The App language is depends on your phone system language. For example, if your phone system language is English, the APP language is English. Q.  What is the difference between "Home" mode and "Outside" mode. A.  "At Home" mode: close the "Record" and "Alarm Push" in the APP.      "Leaving" mode: open the "Record" and "Alarm Push" in the APP. Q.  Why the camera is still offline after finished the configuration successfully? A.  Because the camera need to reconnect with the network, during this period it shows offline. After about 30 seconds, back to "My Device" and check if the camera is online.
